Mooky used to be a sad little caterpillar with very little colour and was really quite plain. She would hide inside the bark of the trees trying not to be seen, until one day when she finally came out of her cocoon with brilliant colours, now you will find her to be quite a show off!

Party Time is the perfect party planner, he has been hired by all the big stars. If you want a party that everyone will remember then give Party Time a call. He has been a huge help with all the arrangements for the 10th Birthday celebrations on Beanie Island.

Although Precious is a very lucky girl who is able to get just about everything she wants because her daddy is very rich. Even though some people get the wrong impression of her, she really is a sweetie and does care about others. Precious does love to party and her hobby is movie making but she also does lots of work for charity to help others who are not as fortunate as she is.

Rainbow was born on the planet Jupiter. The ammonia clouds that circle this planet have given her a truly colourful fur. She is a very playful girl and loves doing somersaults. Throw Rainbow high in the air and see how many colours you can see - don't forget to catch her!

Cuddly Kid - Lady Lucinda The Bear

Although dodo birds have been thought to be extinct for thousands of years, they are in fact alive and well on Beanie Island. Dizzy is very concerned that no seems to know about dodo's and has set up a dodo awareness society on Beanie Island to ensure people are aware of her kind.

Buzzby just loves honey and his is the best honey in the whole of Beanie Island. So good in fact that it has recently received the royal seal of approval, making it more popular than ever.

What a mess!! No sooner than you bath this little fellow, he races straight outside and rolls in the dirt and ends up all messy again! Scruffy loves exploring, there's not a hole on Beanie Island that he hasn't been down to investigate.

Thaddeus Bartholomew Bone or T-Bone as he is known to all his friends is a really friendly chap with a heart of gold. He is always looking to share his bones with those dogs less unfortunate than himself.

Ever since Gum Yin arrived on Beanie Island, Xin Yun has been very happy, as he is now able to speak with someone in his native tongue. They have become quite close of late and they are looking at opening a restaurant together.

Contrary to popular belief, koalas are not drunk all day on Eucalyptus from Gum Leaves, due to the fact that there are very little nutrients in Gum Leaves. Koala's do not get a lot of energy from their food, thus appearing lazy or drunk. Gummy however is quite energetic, as he can often be seen buying sweets from Pierre's cake shop!

She didn't mean to scare her poor fiance standing at the alter, when she stopped half way down the isle, it wasn't because she changed her mind, it was simply that her bridesmaid had stepped on her veil because of all the tears of joy in her eyes she didn't see it there!

There has been a real spate of feline visitors to the island, but who can blame them? It is sunny most of the time, and Posh loves nothing better than a nap in the sunshine. The other thing Posh loves about the island is that it's incredibly clean and when you're a cat cleanliness is very important.

Lullabelle got a little too close to some of the flower fairies while they were using their magic to give all the flowers their scent and colours. Now, Lullabelle not only has a funky colour but she also produces flavoured milk! Much to the delight of the Island inhabitants.

An incredibly nimble fellow, young Cheeky uses his amazing skills to steal things from unsuspecting Beanies. However he doesn't take items, he just moves them to strange places, for instance I woke the other morning to find my computer mouse in the refrigerator!

Oohlaroo is an Aussie who has been living in rain forests of the top end all his life before heading to Beanie Island. He has an affinity with the Aboriginal people and has absorbed their culture into his everyday living and enjoys teaching the other Beanie Kids about this way of life.

No one is more laid back than Marley. He has a shack down by Beanie Beach and can often be found playing reggae music with Bongo on his kettle drum. The duo have come up with some pretty cool songs and love to perform them for all the Beanie Kids on the island.

Achy is the latest accident prone Beanie Kid on to take up residence on the Island. He always seems to be down at the local clinic being fixed up for one reason or another. Luckily Achy is a quick healer and is soon back out getting into mischief. He is also a great friend of Ouch - which is not surprising considering how much time they spend in hospital together.

Snowy is good friends with Tricks the Magician Bear and often appears or should we say disappears in his shows. Snowy also is great mates with Stripey and they live happily together in the Jungle.

Seeing this girl whirling around the dancefloor is certainly a sight to behold! Such grace & poise. She has started a dance school in Beanie Town and has full classes booked right up until Christmas!

There's nothing frightening about this little monster. Pinky Winky is about as nice as anyone could be. She comes from the planet Mercury, and her biggest desire in life is to please others and be a good friend.

Athena is the Goddess of Wisdom and she certainly lives up to her title. You will often find a long line of Beanie Kids leading to her door to seek advice on anything from how to lead a fruitful life to what is the optimal time to hard boil an egg.
